7. Remember TMJ dysfunction starts early, at age 5-6
8. If you consider orthodontic treatment for a child start early at 5-6, do not delay until age 11-12.
9. Never ever remove permanent teeth, especially for orthodontic treatment.

10. Avoid extractions of eye & wisdom teeth.
